YouTube Video Editor + after effects

Good day guys, as mentioned in the title, I am looking for a YouTube video editor who has good knowledge of animation. You will need to add interaction stuffs while I am talking/explaining the concepts/ So Basically, I will be making videos and your job is to make the video come to life and make it easier for the learners visually, and make them want to watch more instead of a bland video.
I do have a sample and the video you edit from the raw video will follow the same outline. I will show you the raw video and the output after i have edited it.
This is a very easy job for the right person. I will be sending you a sample of my work which I edited so of course not to the best quality but you might know which direction I am going towards. My videos will be ranging from 7 - 8 minutes. My budget is a maximum of $5 per video, so if you are planning to bid for more than that DONT BID, as that is my budget for the time being. Some videos might just take a few minutes to edit and you will still get the same price we make a deal on.
