I'm in need of a dedicated YouTube video editor, and am seeking someone who can commit to a consistent schedule of twice a week. The videos in question are between 10-40 minutes long, and require a slow, detailed editing style.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in popular editing software
- Ability to deliver clean and engaging edits
- Prior experience in editing long YouTube videos preferred
- Excellent time-management skills and can adhere to deadlines
