YouTube Video Editor & Promoter Needed

I'm looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual with experience in editing and promoting YouTube videos. This role involves taking raw footage and transforming it into engaging, high-quality content that aligns with my brand. You should have a strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, transitions, and visual effects, as well as experience with YouTube SEO and audience growth strategies.

Responsibilities:

Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging YouTube videos

Add intros, outros, music, effects, and text overlays

Ensure brand consistency in visuals, tone, and style

Optimize videos for YouTube (thumbnails, titles, tags, descriptions)

Help grow channel visibility through promotion strategies

Keep up with YouTube trends and algorithm changes

Ideal Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software

Graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva) for thumbnails

Basic understanding of analytics and SEO

Creativity, initiative, and attention to detail

Experience growing or managing a YouTube channel is a big plus
