YouTube Video Editor Needed -

I'm looking for a skilled video editor to help with my YouTube channel. I would like to create one video per week, or biweekly.

Involves:
- Receiving video idea requests and finishing or creating scripts.
- Taking raw footage and making a good video that users will want to watch (10k-50k views) per video target. Finding relevant pictures and videos to put over the voice recording.
- Trimming and editing footage, recorded scripts, and reusing video footage from other videos with fair use.
- Finding and adding pictures and videos to videos to improve content
- Helping with creating AI voiceovers or editing recorded scripts
- Engage viewers through captivating editing - to create a video to get high view counts
- Possibly uploading and creating descriptions for the youtube videos

If you have prior experience in video editing for YouTube, and you're creative and responsive, I'd love to hear from you, and see your previous work.

I am looking for someone to work with on a long term basis, learn eachothers styles, and output one video per week, to grow a YouTube channel in the coming years. I have had several YouTube channels, one has 40k subscribers and one that has about 500 subscribers which is where I will be uploading.
