YouTube Video Editor Needed

Trying to find a talented YouTube video editor who could create a standard intro and outro for videos on my new YouTube channel. And could help format brand-aligned thumbnail templates to be used ongoing. Also, I'm looking for someone who can artfully cut together footage and B-roll and other graphics/audio in a timely and cost-effective fashion. Looking to create 2 10-minute videos weekly. I'm aiming to find someone who will give me a quote to do the initial projects and then will send me a proposal for doing the cost and specs of doing the editing work ongoing. Must be fluent in English. Would do the editing myself but I am too busy to get going. Aiming to forge a relationship with someone who is interested in working ongoing and long term.
