YouTube Video Editing Specialist Needed

I'm looking for someone who can edit my YouTube videos. I have been able to do all of them so far. However, I am not the best editor, and it takes me a long time to edit. I'm looking to get more content out. At least 2-3 videos a week for one of my channels and 2-3 a week for my other channel. I just need someone to do the editing and make the videos engaging to keep the retention and also help me to grow the channels. I don't have a huge budget to spend until I start making money from them, which I am so close. I just need someone who is willing to give me a helping hand and can give me pointers to make the videos better. Honestly anything will help me at this point.
