Hi,
I script, record and film myself narrating short 5-10 minute mini podcasts for YouTube.
I would like to edit these videos a very specific way. I'm looking for someone who knows how to achieve the "Double Exposure Effect" :

During various parts of the video, it will fade into real life clips of what I'm talking about. And then fade back to me.
If we can can create the perfect "template" for this, we will take this approach for every video.
The goal is to record a minimum of one per week.
Each video will require inserting clips off the internet to corroborate what I'm saying. So expect an additional 2-3 minutes of video on top of my 5-10 minutes.
I ignore all copy/paste proposals. make sure I know you read this.
I reject anyone who tries to increase the price after conversation. Make sure to read the above carefully and bid accordingly.
I'm looking for someone who can work very fast and form a long-term relationship with. Although this job requires perfecting the double exposure effect, the hard part will be all the precise editing needed between the fades. As well as, aligning the right music for each video.

But I did want to show you a small sample of how we will go from my video to other stock footage. The entire video must be edited like that (using the double exposure effect. And in some parts, my speaking will halt completely as we 'tune in' to clips of others. Like TV, etc.)
