Project Goal
I run a YouTube Shorts channel and am looking for a talented video creator who can handle the entire production process. Instead of just editing, you’ll be responsible for:
Finding ideas
Writing scripts (using AI tools like ChatGPT)
Generating AI voiceovers
Editing high-quality Shorts
? Important: This is NOT a fixed-payment job. Instead, you will earn a percentage of the revenue your videos generate. The better the video performs, the more you earn.
For example:
A short with 1,000,000 views typically makes around $170.
If we agree on a 10% revenue share, you would earn $17 from that video.
Your percentage is negotiable.
This structure motivates high-quality content since better videos bring in more views and revenue for both of us.
Video Style and Tone
Engaging, fast-paced, and designed to go viral.
Clear, attention-grabbing storytelling that keeps viewers watching until the end.

Script and Storyboard
You will be responsible for finding trending topics that fit the channel’s style.

AI-generated voiceovers will be used instead of human narration.
Additional Information
Only high-quality editors will be considered.
