Note : This is an remote job, You need to submit daily 3 Videos, Pay will be 150 Rs for 3 Videos, Videos Duration will be under 30 seconds. This is an long term project, not an one time job

Engagement Optimization: Edit videos with the goal of maximizing audience engagement metrics such as watch time, click-through rates, and viewer retention, which are crucial for YouTube algorithm ranking.
Video Editing: Edit raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos following the channel's style and guidelines. This includes cutting footage, adding transitions, incorporating music and sound effects, and ensuring seamless continuity throughout the video.
Content Enhancement: Enhance video content to make it more visually appealing and engaging for viewers. This may involve color correction, adding graphics or animations, adjusting audio levels, and optimizing video resolution and format for different platforms.
Efficiency and Time Management: Manage multiple videos simultaneously and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. This may involve prioritizing tasks, organizing workflow, and optimizing editing processes for efficiency.
