YouTube Self-Development Video Editor

*Project Overview:*

We're seeking an experienced YouTube video editor to transform ordinary video clips into highly engaging content. The ideal candidate will utilize Adobe software to enhance visuals, audio, and overall storytelling.


*Responsibilities:*

1. Edit video clips into captivating, high-engagement content for YouTube.
2. Apply creative cuts, transitions, B-rolls, music, SFX, memes, text overlays, and animations.
3. Incorporate motion graphics to elevate visual appeal.
4. Ensure seamless audio-visual synchronization.
5. Enhance video pacing and flow.
6. Collaborate with our team to understand project requirements.
7. Deliver high-quality, optimized videos for YouTube.


*Requirements:*

1. Experience in video editing, preferably for YouTube.
2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
3. Strong understanding of video editing principles, storytelling, and pacing.
4. Familiarity with YouTube's content guidelines and optimization strategies.
5. Excellent visual and audio design skills.
6. Ability to meet deadlines.


*Nice to Have:*

1. Knowledge of color grading and color correction.
2. Familiarity with motion graphics and animation principles.
3. Understanding of sound design and audio mixing.


*Deliverables:*

1. Edited video files in HD/4K resolution. (Drive)
2. Optimized video thumbnails.
