YouTube SEO & Playlist Overhaul

I need a fresh set of eyes on my YouTube channel so it finally works for me instead of sitting there half-organised. The first priority is to rebuild the playlists by clear thematic categories; right now similar videos are scattered and viewers can’t follow a logical path.

Once the playlists are in shape I also want every video touched up for basic SEO—strong, keyword-rich titles, clear descriptions that encourage watch-time, and tags that help the algorithm surface the content. While you’re in the backend, tidy the home page layout so returning visitors instantly see the new categories and featured sections rather than a random upload feed.

I normally work inside YouTube Studio and keep an eye on things with TubeBuddy, so feel free to use those or any comparable tools as long as the final result is fully native in the channel. A brief before/after performance report (views, CTR, average watch time) will close out the job so I can measure impact.

Deliverables
• Thematically organised playlists, live on the channel
• Updated titles, descriptions and tags for every existing video
• Re-arranged home page showcasing the new playlists and a featured video
• One-page performance summary taken two weeks after changes go live
- Set-up shorts and identify long form older videos that could be cut up into this shorts section
