YouTube Media Team - Marvel/Anime Asset Collectors
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
HIRING 2 MARVEL / ANIME ASSET COLLECTORS for a New YouTube Media Team
We are building a faceless YouTube media brand focused on:
* Marvel storytelling
* MCU theories and hidden details
* Anime storytelling
* Emotional edits
* Character psychology
* Cinematic fandom content
* Viral Shorts and long-form videos
This is NOT a random freelance gig.
We are building a long-term content team for a scalable YouTube media operation.
We are looking for people who are deeply interested in Marvel/anime content and already understand the fandom culture online.
If you have watched most Marvel movies/shows and naturally understand scenes, emotions, references, and viral moments — this role is for you.
People with little interest in Marvel/anime will struggle in this role because understanding the scenes emotionally is extremely important.
YOUR ROLE:
You will NOT do editing.
Your job is to prepare the COMPLETE visual asset pipeline for the editor.
This includes:
* Finding specific movie/anime clips for scripts
* Collecting emotional scenes
* Finding exact moments mentioned in scripts
* Downloading high-quality clips
* Collecting Reddit screenshots/memes if needed
* Finding background visuals/B-roll
* Organizing everything properly inside Google Drive
* Structuring clips scene-by-scene for editors
You will also continuously collect useful Marvel/anime visuals that may help future videos.
Example:
Even if a script does not mention Tony Stark walking scenes, emotional closeups, battle shots, sad moments, or futuristic shots directly — you should still collect extra usable visuals that editors can use as cinematic background footage.
This role is extremely important because great editing becomes much easier when the visual assets are properly organized.
EXAMPLE TEST TASK:
Below is the script you will use for your application test:
“Did you ever realize that Tony Stark was the only person who could’ve snapped in Endgame?
Think about it…
Thor was there. Hulk was there. Captain Marvel was there.
All of them were stronger than Tony.
All of them had a way better chance of surviving the Infinity Stones.
So then why did Marvel choose Tony Stark?
Because Endgame was never about the strongest Avenger.
It was about the one who was ready to lose everything.
For the first time in his life, Tony finally had peace.
A family.
A daughter who loved him.
A normal life away from wars and aliens.
And that’s what makes this scene even more heartbreaking…
Because Tony finally had something worth living for.
But he still chose to save everyone else instead of himself.
And the craziest part?
Tony already knew what the Stones could do.
He saw Hulk’s arm get destroyed… and Hulk wasn’t even human.
So imagine what was going through Tony’s mind when he stole those stones from Thanos.
He knew this snap was going to kill him.
But he also knew one more thing…
If he didn’t do it… nobody else would.
That’s why Tony’s sacrifice hits differently.
Because in that moment, he stopped being just Iron Man.
He became hope.
Subscribe if Iron Man is still the greatest MCU character ever made.”
APPLICATION TASK:
Create a Google Drive folder containing:
* Properly named folders
* Specific movie clips matching the script

* Any extra visuals that can improve editing quality
