YouTube Gaming Video Editor Needed! Long Term!

Hi! My name is Hav1kBeast, and I am a content creator on YouTube and TikTok. I am looking for a video editor who is willing to go the long haul with me, who is willing to work with me on a “profit sharing” basis rather than on a “per project” or “per hour” basis. Unfortunately with working a full time job plus overtime outside of being a creator, it doesn’t allow me to have the time to learn/teach myself how to video edit. I am a fairly new creator, with just over 30 posts on TikTok, and 2 longer form videos posted on YouTube. I do look forward to transitioning to more YouTube posts than TikTok, with video length of about 10 minutes each video. Now because I am looking for someone to do a “profit sharing” basis, I understand this a lot to ask for, so I am more than happy to be open to negotiations! Keep in mind that you may be “working for free” in the beginning, but if this project can go where I think it can, it’ll be more than worth it to you and I both in the long run!
