YouTube Film Analysis Video Editor

I'm looking for a skilled video editor to enhance my YouTube channel, Filmvantage, which focuses on in-depth film analysis and in general things around movies.

I dont need fancy editing and motion graphics but instead someone who knows how to hook a viewer with good storytelling, music etc.

I am looking for someone dedicated and long term who is good at learning and willing to go the extra mile to make my videos extra good. I am also willing to give up a percentage of the channel if i find the right fit.
