I'm seeking a skilled YouTube editor who can effectively transform raw video footage into compelling short documentaries that don't exceed 5 minutes. Your duties will encompass a variety of editing tasks, namely:
- Video Editing: Creating fine cuts, syncing and sound mixing for a clean, engaging narrative flow.
- Thumbnail Design: Producing thumbnails that are alluring and representative of the content to optimize viewer clicks.
- Captioning and Subtitling: Ensuring accessibility and a broader audience reach by properly captioning and subtitling the videos.
- Sound: Delivering pristine sound quality, with a sound-to-picture harmony that aligns with the video's overall theme.
Ideal candidates should be experienced in documentary-style video editing, with evidence of similar previous work. Proficiency in sound design, along with a creative aptitude for (and attention to detail in) thumbnail design is highly valued.
