I need a long‑term teammate who can handle both content creation and channel growth analysis:
Content Creation & Editing
Create videos that match and evolve the current style of Aesthetic Mantras:
Aesthetic mantra / devotional edits
Lofi / ambient focus music (8–60 min mixes and 3–5 min singles).
Aesthetic Shorts: Hindi status, mantra snippets, lofi reels style.
Edit videos with:
Clean, minimal typography (lyrics or short phrases).
Smooth transitions and subtle visual effects.
Proper audio balancing, no clipping, good mastering for headphones.
Design clickable thumbnails that fit the brand (aesthetic, spiritual, high‑contrast).
Publishing & Optimization
Upload and schedule videos directly to the channel:
SEO‑optimized titles, descriptions and tags.
Correct use of playlists, end screens, cards, and chapters.
Maintain a consistent upload schedule (Shorts + longer videos).
Channel Audit & Growth Strategy
Do an initial audit of the current channel:
Identify best‑performing videos, audience demographics, view sources, and retention patterns.
Point out what’s working (topics, sounds, lengths, thumbnails) and what should be improved.
Suggest a clear strategy to reach 1M subscribers, including:
Ideal content mix (Shorts vs long videos).
Posting frequency and timing.
New formats or series ideas for audience expansion (India + global).
Provide monthly reports:
Views, watch time, subscriber growth.
What experiments were done and what results they produced.
Action plan for the next month.

Requirements
