Ability to handle or manage the full content pipeline, including:
Niche and keyword research
Scriptwriting
Voiceover (AI or Human)
Video editing
Thumbnail design
Publishing and scheduling
Ability to maintain consistent upload frequency
Knowledge of YouTube growth strategies, CTR optimization, audience retention, and algorithm behavior
Responsibility:
You will be responsible for building and managing the YouTube channel as a complete system that runs automatically. I need a fully-managed solution, where content creation, research, and publishing are handled without my involvement.
