YouTube Automation – AI Video Creation & Channel Management (Long-Term Collaboration)

We are building multiple YouTube automation channels focused on content fully generated with AI (script, voice, visuals, editing, thumbnail, and SEO).
We’re looking for experienced freelancers or small teams who can manage the full video creation process — from idea to final upload-ready video.
Your tasks:
Research trending video ideas and topics (based on our niche)
Write or generate engaging scripts using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
Create voiceovers with realistic AI voices (ElevenLabs, Play.ht, etc.)
Generate visuals, animations, or stock footage with AI tools (Pika, Runway, Kaiber, Synthesia, etc.)
Edit videos and synchronize voice + music + visuals (Filmora, CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
Design catchy thumbnails (Canva, Midjourney, Leonardo, etc.)
Deliver videos in 1080p format ready for upload to YouTube
Requirements:
Proven experience in AI video creation (please share examples)
Access to paid or free AI tools for voice and visuals
Ability to deliver at least 3–5 videos per week
Understanding of YouTube SEO (titles, tags, thumbnails)
Reliable communication and long-term mindset
Budget:
We will start with test videos to evaluate quality and efficiency.
Depending on your skills and the complexity of videos, the payment per video will be:
$10–$20 per video (2–6 min length)
Bonus for consistent delivery and performance
Long-term opportunity: we will scale multiple channels together
