Weekly Video Podcast Editing
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I'm in need of a creative, reliable video editor to help polish my weekly podcast episodes. The editing requirements will include:
- Trimming and cutting: Removing filler words and pauses, and cutting out segments where a characters are not in the scene.
- Adding captions and subtitles: These will need to be accurately timed and placed for maximum viewer comprehension.
- Including guest assets: There will be guest clips in the podcast, and these will come as short clips under three minutes each, no more than 5 clips per epidode.
The final edited video will need to be delivered in MP4 format.
Ideally, the freelancer should have:
- Experience in video editing for podcasts or similar content.
- A good understanding of pacing and rhythm to keep the viewer engaged.
- Attention to detail, especially in accurately cutting out specified segments and removing filler content.
- Ability to work with a creative director who hates micromanaging.
- Ability to add captions and subtitles in a clear and comprehensible manner.
- We use green screen in studio...guests do not.
- Familiarity with including graphics and transitions to enhance the viewing experience.
