Wedding DV Tape Editing & Transfer

I have DV tapes from my wedding in 2003 that need professional editing. The final product should be in a traditional style, with basic color corrections. I would like the freelancer to have the discretion to review the footage and decide on the final edit, as I do not have specific moments that need to be highlighted. The edited video should be transferred onto USB and/or DVD.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Professional video editing
- Experience with DV tapes
- Able to perform basic color correction
- Discernment and creativity in selecting footage
- Ability to transfer video to USB and/or DVD
