I need a skilled video editor to edit a vlog video into a polished, engaging YouTube upload of up to 10 minutes. The video is in Portuguese from Brazil.

Key Requirements:
- Clean edits and interesting enhancements
- Use of layers and text/graphics overlays
- Background music synchronization
- Upbeat and energetic background music
