Vlog Editor for TikTok

I went to the beach with friends and interviewed them. I just need it stitched and mixed creatively. Looking for an editor that knows retention editing and virality editing and can also condense a lot of footage into smaller chunks (Parts 1 and 2 for tiktok if necessary).
