Villa Photography & Video Creation in Nashik

I'm seeking an experienced photographer/videographer to help me market my villa through stunning visuals. The property is located in Nashik, Maharashtra, and I need someone who can travel to the site.

Your task will be to capture the essence of my villa in a 'Relaxed and homely' style. This involves showcasing:
- The Living room and kitchen
- The Bedrooms and bathrooms
- The Outdoor areas and amenities

I also require some additional services, which include:
- Drone footage to capture the property from above
- Creation of a virtual tour so potential guests can explore the villa from their screens
- Professional editing to ensure the final product is polished and engaging

Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Previous work in real estate photography/videography
- Proficiency with drone operation and footage editing
- Experience in creating virtual tours
- Ability to convey a 'relaxed and homely' feel through visual media
