Videographer for Art Exhibition in Paris

Description:
We are looking for a professional videographer to capture the “Women in Louvre” art exhibition in Paris. The goal is to create a 1–2 minute cinematic highlights video of the event, as well as provide all raw footage for future editing.

Event Details:
• Date: Friday, 10 April 2026
• Location: Les Salles du Carrousel – Rue de Rivoli, 75001 Paris, France (Art shopping fair, our gallery is at stand B64)
• Schedule:
• 6:00–7:00 PM → Exterior shots around the Louvre (golden hour preferred)
• 7:00–9:00 PM → Inauguration / opening of the exhibition inside the venue

Deliverables:
• 1–2 minute professionally edited highlights video
• All raw footage
• Footage should capture:
• Atmosphere of the exhibition
• Visitors interacting with artworks
• Artist reactions
• Wide shots, medium shots, close-ups of artworks

Requirements:
• Professional camera equipment (no phone-only submissions)
• Cinematic framing, lighting, and color
• Experience filming art events preferred
• Ability to provide a sample portfolio showing cinematic or artistic event coverage

Note: Simple but professional editing is required; the main priority is capturing quality footage suitable for further editing if needed.
