Videographer in Marseille needed for iPhone filming (4K LOG at sunrise)

I'm looking for a freelance videographer in Marseille to capture professional-quality photos and videos using a high-end iPhone (iPhone 14 Pro or newer). Filming must take place at sunrise near "Les Terrasses du Port" shopping mall, the port area, and surrounding locations.
Requirements:
Must use a tripod for stable footage
Horizontal filming in 4K resolution (preferably in LOG format)
Shots and framing should closely match the attached reference images (wide and clean views)
