Job ID: 39755284

Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD

Project Title: Seeking a Long-Term Videographer & Editor for "Moore Culture" - A High-Energy Entrepreneurial Content Series

Brand: Moore Culture (Personal Brand of Leroy Moore III)
Series: "0 to 100m"
Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, TX (Local candidates strongly preferred)
Engagement: Long-term, retainer-based collaboration

1. About the Brand: Moore Culture
Moore Culture is the personal brand platform of Leroy Moore III, a multi-faceted entrepreneur, investor, and father. Modeled after influential, personality-driven brands like GaryVee, Moore Culture is not just about business success; it's about the relentless pursuit of building a legacy in all aspects of life. The core themes we explore are Resilience, Legacy, Fatherhood, Entrepreneurship, Strategy, and The Grind.

Our mission is to document the authentic, unfiltered journey of scaling businesses and building a meaningful life, inspiring our audience through raw, energetic, and premium content.

2. Project Overview: The "0 to 100m" Series
We are launching our flagship content series, "0 to 100m," which will chronicle the journey of building a business empire from the ground up. We are looking for a talented and agile Videographer & Editor to act as a core creative partner in capturing and producing the content for this series across multiple platforms, primarily YouTube, Instagram (Reels), TikTok, and LinkedIn.

This is a "fly on the wall," documentary-style project. You will be capturing the real moments—the high-stakes meetings, the strategic whiteboard sessions, the late-night work grinds, and the moments of balance with family life.

3. Scope of Work & Responsibilities
We are seeking a creative who can handle both shooting and editing to maintain a consistent vision.

Videography:

Film with Leroy Moore III on a recurring basis (e.g., 4-5 days per week/possibly daily) in various settings: office, on-site at real estate projects, speaking engagements, travel, and personal/family moments.

Capture high-quality A-roll (direct-to-camera, interviews) and extensive B-roll that tells a story.

Master a run-and-gun, documentary shooting style, being able to capture compelling moments as they happen.

Manage all audio and lighting to ensure a premium, clean aesthetic.

Editing & Post-Production:

Edit raw footage into dynamic, story-driven content packages.

Deliverables will include:

15-20 long-form videos per month for YouTube (18-30 minutes).

30-40 short-form vertical videos per month (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) repurposed from long-form content or shot specifically.

Incorporate the "Moore Culture" brand identity, including motion graphics, kinetic typography, music, and sound design.

Perform color grading and audio mixing to a high professional standard.

Organize and manage all project files and footage.

4. Creative & Style Direction
The visual identity is crucial. It must feel authentic, energetic, premium, and inspiring.

Pacing: Fast-paced, quick cuts, and high energy to reflect the "grind" mentality.

Color Palette: A clean, monochrome base (blacks, whites, grays) accented with a sophisticated Deep Navy Blue and a high-energy Vibrant Gold for graphic elements, text overlays, and CTAs.

Typography: Headlines and key text overlays should use a bold, modern sans-serif font (e.g., Montserrat Bold, Poppins Bold). Body copy should be clean and readable.

Graphics: We envision a frequent use of kinetic typography to emphasize key words ("Legacy," "Discipline," "Resilience"). The clean, minimalist "Moore Culture" logo and "0 to 100m" series title will bookend the content.

5. The Ideal Candidate
You have a strong portfolio showcasing experience with personality-driven, documentary-style content for personal brands or entrepreneurs.

You are a skilled storyteller who can find the narrative arc in raw, unscripted footage.

You are proficient with professional camera equipment (e.g., mirrorless/cinema cameras), audio gear, and lighting.

You are an expert in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and have a good grasp of motion graphics (After Effects is a plus).

You live in or near the Dallas-Fort Worth area and have reliable transportation for on-location shoots.

You are proactive, reliable, and an excellent communicator, able to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-moving schedule.

6. How to Apply
If you are passionate about storytelling and entrepreneurship and this project excites you, please submit the following:

A brief introduction explaining why you are the perfect fit for the "Moore Culture" brand.

A link to your online portfolio or showreel. Please highlight 2-3 specific projects that are stylistically similar to what we've described.

A list of your primary camera, audio, and lighting equipment.

Your proposed rate structure (e.g., monthly retainer, day rate). Please provide a range.

We are excited to find a long-term creative partner to help build the Moore Culture legacy. We look forward to seeing your work.
