Video production training

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to provide me with training in the areas of video production, including editing, sound effects and transitions. Specifically, I am in search of a freelancer who can guide me step-by-step through the entire production process and ensure that I am training to the highest of standards. I am seeking this training to take place remotely, over the course of 7 days or whatever convenient. I am confident that I will be able to learn quickly with a well-structured program, allowing me to gain the skills and knowledge I need to enter the video production industry.
