Video editor who works at US hours (California time)

Need good video editor on both Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects
This is for a full time job at USA hours (Pacific Standard Time)

CANDIDATE MUST HAVE ALL THE FOLLOWING:
** Work from a PC on Windows
** A good English
** TeamViewer installed on their PC
** A Whatsapp account on their smartphone
** The ability to do a voice chat in English (mic+speakers)
** The ability work at US hours (Pacific Standard Time)
** Be a full time freelancer
** Dropbox installed on their PC
** Candidate must accept to share all source files in Dropbox
