Video editor who is a Korean English bilingual

A video editor will be editing a Youtube video each week for $50. My videos are 5-minute long on average. Contents will be mostly in Korean with a few in Konglish. It’d be best if the editor could write subtitles for both English and Korean. I would like to finish a video every week. There will be incentive with the rise in views.
