Video editor required for new Islamic YouTube channel

My partners and I have a new project for YouTube whereby we will be hoping to upload each surah (chapter) of the Holy Quran with the assistance of an editor. The editor must ideally have a muslim/arab background and be proficient in Arabic. Each video will involve producing each surah in arabic audio with arabic subtitles as well as english translation subtitles. Professional stock images and footage must be used for the video itself but this must be relevant to the context and audio.
