Video editor for jiujitsu gyms

I'm starting to scale my ads agency for jiujitsu gyms and I need to make a template of shots for my clients to follow. So I would basically need a shot list and someone that knows how to build out a story with editing. And i would need basic rules my clients can follow using just an iPhone. These videos would be used for advertising their gym. I would also need someone to edit these videos together getting anywhere from a 30-1 min video. If everything works out I can keep sending you videos to stitch up and keep paying you on a continuous basis. Once the template is done the hard part is done. I just need this template made before I scale so let me know if you can do this.
