Video editor for Muslim wedding and reception

Hi, I am looking for a Wedding video editor for a Muslim wedding. I need someone that has a lot of experience editing weddings, and have a fast turn around time, ( Has good internet speed to download the footage and edit ) Need experience in Story telling, slow motion, speed ramping, fast cuts, fades, transitions. I am looking for someone that i can work long term. compensation for each project is between $60-$100 CD
