Video editor on YouTube(Indian Freelancer only)

We are looking to hire 1-2 video editors for our YouTube channels. The channel is in the Construction/Megaprojects niche. We would like to work LONG-TERM with you.
We are looking into 10-12 minutes of Video.

These things are really important to us:
- Understand basic strategies to keep a viewer engaged (We will teach you some of these techniques)
- The videos need to be HIGH Quality, lots of people are watching the videos
- The video clips you use have to fit the voiceover
- Use smooth high-quality clips
- Use fitting songs and adjust the volume (audio management)
- If you read this, add the word blue in your reply
- Overall engaging/storytelling video
- Correct copyright crediting

You will have to research the clips yourself and edit a highly engaging video that keeps our viewers entertained throughout the entire video.

We could offer you several jobs per week. :)
