Video editor For You Tube / Possible Upload

Greetings,

I am looking for a consistent Video Editor for a You Tube Channel. Short Videos but will be regular (3-10 mins). The edits will be simple and will provide:
-Main Video
-B reel
-Brief Instructions per Video

Preferred
-Access to stock music
-Access to graphics
-Able to make styled wording & cover art
-Create Subtitles (And make sure they properly read in English)
-Able to upload and schedule content
