Video editing for ads (1-2 minutes)

I have several ads to edit (they all average 1:30 to 2:00) and I need an editor to do these edits.

This is the dynamics of our ads.
They are simple ads, however, we always use brolls and some lettering to emphasize specific things and not make the video so tiring.

The material I will deliver is:
- 4k video with color grading and audio already synced
- folder with Brolls
- folder with images
- folder with sound effects
- editing script (where to put some specific titles, which image to put, etc).

I need a professional who is agile in delivery and, if possible, who already has a budget estimate per minute so I can already have an idea of ​​the final value.
As I said, I always have a lot of videos to edit, so suddenly we can close a package.
