Video editing for Bengali yt videos and shorts

I am looking for a video editor who can work on Bengali YouTube videos and shorts. The videos have a duration of more than 15 minutes. Although I do not have a specific style or theme in mind, I have a rough idea of what I want. I am open to your creative judgement and trust your expertise in creating engaging and visually appealing edits. There are no specific elements or effects that I want to be included, so feel free to incorporate popular trends or effects that you think will enhance the videos. Also I want to add Animations and characters as its going to be a infotainment channel.
