Video editing - create Soccer highlights reel

I have many soccer games on dvd, I need someone who knows the sport very well. Watch videos pick out highlights (skills, goals, etc..) and create a few highlight reels for me with the addition of music etc…
Not sure how I will send the Dvd to you or perhaps you can advise me a way it can be done over the internet?
