Video editing

I am looking for a skilled video editor or a team of editors who can handle advanced editing tasks, including color grading/correction and basic special effects. Projects will involve editing specific footage that I already have. The preferred style for the video editing is most often cinematic.

The full story: I am scaling my video business and will no longer be able to edit in-house. Projects may range from 15 second TV commercials to Docu-series and Full Features. However, they will mostly involve 2-3 minute segments, social media reels, weddings, real estate, and the occasional course. The goal is to scale my retainer clients to 10 monthly clients while continuing to work on single projects.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in advanced video editing techniques, including color grading/correction and special effects
- Experience working with specific footage and incorporating it into the final edit
- Knowledge of cinematic video editing styles and techniques
- Attention to detail and ability to bring out the desired cinematic look and feel in the final product
- Strong in visual storytelling
- Able to handle 4K MXF and 8K RAW
- Quickly turnaround projects (3-5 days average)
- Work with multiple projects at a time
- Handle Multi-cam editing

Note: Working on a salary basis may be considered a benefit, but I’m open)
