Video editing

Hello! I am looking for a skilled video editor to edit a video for me. I need advanced editing, including color grading and special effects, so I am looking for someone with experience with these types of tasks. I also have a specific brand style that I want the final product to match, so an understanding of this style will be necessary. Lastly, the final edited video should be no more than 30 seconds. Iam attaching an example which I want to get made. Raw pictures/videos I will provide, you need to edit these and make them look exactly like attached video.
