You need to: 

1 - change the background
2 - do color grading of the video (example of color grading):

3 - add relevant images to the video based on what the speaker is saying. You can download images from Google. Images have to be HD and without watermark.   

Depending on what the speaker is saying, you have to add relevant images. Look for HD, non watermark images on Google and add them to the video in 3 styles.

Put images in 3 styles

Style A - next to the speaker
Style B - full screen image
Style C - full screen image BEHIND the speaker, in the speaker’s background
