Video edit

I'm looking for an experienced video editor to provide basic editing for footage that is less than one hour. The scope of the work includes trimming, cutting, and adding transitions. In addition, I have specific requests for the final product that need to be met. The editor must ensure that all of my criteria is achieved in the finished video. This will require an expert eye for detail and must have a deep knowledge of working with digital video footage and technologies. The editor should have an understanding of how to best utilize and manipulate the footage to achieve desired effects. I'm looking for someone who can turn around a quality video product in a timely manner.
