Video ads designer to make Instagram ads

I am looking for a video ads designer who can create engaging Instagram ads to promote my products. The primary goal of the ads is to promote my products and increase sales. I am open to creative suggestions and do not have any specific design preferences or themes in mind. The preferred video ad format is horizontal (16:9).

Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience in creating video ads for social media platforms, specifically Instagram
- Ability to create visually appealing and engaging ads that will grab the attention of potential customers
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices for social media advertising
- Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro
- Strong communication skills to understand my brand and product messaging and translate it into the ad design.

This is a long-term contract for a very experienced Instagram ad designer to make Instagram ads for multiple informational products for an information product company. Ads must be high converting and highly engaging to generate sales. Must have extensive experience in producing highly converting ads to make sales. These are not brand ads they are ads to make sales.
