Video Quality Enhancement

I recorded a video, but part of it is blurred. It starts with good quality, but when I changed position, my phone didn’t focus properly, so that part of the video ended up blurry.
The project involves:
- Making the video uniform in quality throughout.
- Fixing the blurred section using the original high-quality footage.
Ideal skills for this project include:
- Video editing and enhancement
- Expertise in using video editing software
- Ability to creatively use high-quality footage to replace blurry segments
The video file is in MP4 format, and the blurry section lasts for more than 5 minutes. I have the original high-quality footage separately.
