Video Library Categorization Overhaul

I need help bringing order to a growing collection of online videos. The files are already uploaded; what’s missing is a clear, easy-to-navigate structure with categories that make sense for everyday use.

Here’s what I’m aiming for:
• Create more than ten intuitive categories and sort every video into its proper place.
• Rename or tag files only when it improves clarity—no blanket renaming that obscures existing references.
• Produce a concise reference document that explains the category logic, any naming conventions applied, and simple steps I can follow to add new content without breaking the system.

Everything will be done within the current cloud storage platform, so no extra software purchases are needed—just solid organisational skills and attention to detail. If you’ve organised large video libraries before and can hand over a structure I can maintain on my own, let’s get started.
