Video Export+Add innotations from CAMTASIA

I have a video course, I need someone who has experience with Camtasia. Average video is 7-10 minutes,
Details:
1. Check the video, and add annotations here and there to make it interesting and more clear.
2. Making sure the webcam doesn't appear on top of the presentations
3. Export the MP4 files and the CAMTASIA Files to Google drive.
