Video Editor with experience in Real Estate Niche

VOS Creative Agency - We are looking for an editor with experience in the Real Estate niche. Per client pay with potential move to full time employment with us!
About us:
* We are a creative agency that focuses on Video Production Services for Real Estate Business and Agents.
* We are currently looking to outsource some of the work to an experienced video editor and potentially develop this relationship into a part-time/full-time work opportunity depending on the reliability and results.
Description:
* After closing a deal with a client we will pass all necessary information about the client onto you and expect you to also do some research to ensure you fully understand their client base.
* You will be responsible of editing short-form and long-form content.
* You will be responsible of doing montage, sound design, color grading, animation, VFX… everything needed to provide the best result for the client.
You Must Have:
* Good English
* Proven experience in video editing
* Proven experience in Real Estate niche
* Preferably working with the Adobe suite
Pay:
* You will be paid between $300-$600 per client you handle (depending on the client and the number of videos to be edited)
* You will be paid at the end of the month for each client you are handling
