Video Editor for 15-minute Podcasts - Previous Episode Files Are Provided

I am in need of a video editor who can help me with editing my 15-minute podcasts. All graphic templates for the podcasts have already been created. I can give you the project file and the graphic templates and the music/sound effects, you just need to look at what I've already done in the past and redo it for new episodes. Pay is per episode. I'll need the project files, the final video file ( 4K, 69mbps - double pass) and a low resolution version (4K, 2mbps - double pass)

Software required:
- Adobe Premiere Pro (newest version)
- Adobe Audition (newest version, for background noise removal if needed)
- Adobe Illustrator (newest Version)

Knowledge required:
- Identify good portions of the video to add title slates.
- A strong understanding of the English language.
- Good spelling
