Video Editor - for creating 1 minute clip from 5-10 minute of footage (for 50+ such clips to be made)

We have daily incoming of two shops sending their raw footage of 5 to 10 minutes, which needs to be converted to 1 minute final video, with proper mixing, effects, stabilization, color correction, format/dimension correction, adding some images etc.
So we are looking for a freelancer who will charge on per video basis, as we have approx. 50-60 such shops sending their footage, in a month.
