Video Editor for TikTok and Youtube Content

I need a fast, good video editor to take my video content and edit it into engaging videos for Youtube and Tiktok. I'm creating a brand and need quality editing and finishing. I produce 7 tiktok videos and 2 youtube videos per week. Once per week I will send the raw video content organized in folders to edit for the upcoming week's posts. Will need to understand english and be able to produce subtitles or word graphics as needed in the video to emphasize the message.
