We are building Calm Down Trading University (CDTU) and are seeking a creative video editor to transform raw course recordings into professional, engaging content.
Responsibilities
Edit raw recordings (remove errors, adjust pacing).
Add intro/outro with CDTU branding (logo, title).
Insert subtitles (French, Haitian Creole, English).
Clean audio and enhance video quality.
Deliver MP4 files ready for upload.
Requirements
Strong editing skills with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve Studio, Final Cut Pro, or Avid Media Composer.
Desired proficiency with related tools: After Effects (motion/templating), Adobe Audition or Fairlight (mixing, -14 LUFS), Subtitle Edit or Aegisub (SRT/VTT subtitles), HandBrake/FFmpeg (encoding).
Experience editing educational videos or online courses.
Ability to add multilingual subtitles (translations provided).
Creativity to make lessons engaging while staying professional and pedagogical.
